The seven days of the week
Count from the next day; 7 days on is the same day.
How to do it
Method
Count from the next day; 7 days on is the same day
3 days after Monday: Tue, Wed, Thu → Thursday
Another way
Use numbers
Monday = 1, 1 + 3 = 4 → Thursday
In full
A week has seven days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, then Sunday again. For “days after”, start counting from the next day: 3 days after Monday, count Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: Thursday. For “days before”, count back. After 7 days you are back on the same day. Or use numbers: call Monday 1, 1 + 3 = 4, so Thursday; past Saturday, carry on from Sunday.
