Sorting

How to do it
Method
Choose a rule, then see which doesn't fit
🐶 🐱 🐰 🍎: 🍎 isn't an animal
Another way
Try another rule
2, 4, 6, 7: 7 is odd
In full
To sort, first choose a rule, such as “is it an animal?”, “is it a fruit?”, “odd or even?” or “how many sides?”. To find the odd one out, ask of each one: what does it share with the others, and how is it different? If all but one fit the rule, that one is the odd one out. The same things can be sorted by different rules into different groups. Once sorted, count each group.
