Everything shuffled together. Without the cue of 'we're on the sixes now', this is the real test of fluency. The engine weights toward the facts you're slow or wrong on.

4 × 2: ×2 is a double, 4 + 4 = 8
Example 2
2 × 7

Example 3
4 × 6

Answer: 4 × 6 = 24
4 × 6: ×4 is double, then double again, 6 × 2 = 12, 12 × 2 = 24
